WHAT WE DO

Warringah Printmakers Studio is a member-run, not-for-profit printmaking studio dedicated to supporting and promoting contemporary printmaking on Sydney’s Northern Beaches.

Established as a volunteer-led organisation, the studio provides a welcoming and well-equipped space for artists, students and printmaking enthusiasts to learn, experiment and develop their practice. We promote safer, non-toxic printmaking methods and offer a varied program of term classes, specialist workshops, and member exhibitions.

At the heart of the studio is a strong creative community, built through shared knowledge, hands-on learning and a commitment to keeping printmaking accessible, active and thriving.

OUR HISTORY

Warringah Printmakers Studio has a rich history dating back to its beginnings in 1983. For the studio’s 25th anniversary, former president Sandra Williams presented a talk at Manly Art Gallery & Museum tracing the story of how the studio began and developed over time.
