ENTRY FORM - 2025 ANNUAL EXHIBITION
We are now inviting online submissions from full members who would like their hand-pulled print artworks to be considered for selection in our annual exhibition, to be held at the Creative Space, 105 Abbott Rd, North Curl Curl, from Wednesday 29 October to Sunday 9 November 2025, 10am to 4pm daily.
Applications are open to full members of Warringah Printmakers Studio. Associate members may upgrade to full membership to be considered for the exhibition. Please complete all the details in the form below.
Submissions are strictly due by 5pm Friday 12 September 2025.

Conditions of Entry

A 25% commission will be charged on all works sold — please factor this into your pricing.

All artworks must be professionally framed. Consider the number of works you submit, as all accepted pieces will require framing.

Frames must be fitted with hanging wire/string and D-rings.

Members may submit up to three artworks for consideration.

Each artwork submission must include a high-quality image in JPG format. Images must show only the printed artwork (no frames, mat boards, or borders). Rename files using the following convention: Lastname_Firstname_Title (e.g., Smith_Janet_OceanTides.jpg) Please refer to the "Photo Tips" on the website.

Up to 30 hand-printed cards may be submitted (all cards must be clearly labelled with your name and price).

The entry fee is $25 per accepted artwork — payment instructions will be provided upon notification of acceptance.

Accepted prints and cards must be delivered to the Creative Space on Monday 27 October between 9.00am - 10.30am. (There will be the option of leaving framed work in the studio storeroom prior to this date.)

All exhibiting members are expected to contribute to the success of the event by volunteering their time. We require two volunteers per session (morning and afternoon) to supervise the exhibition and manage sales. Your support in bringing along family and friends, as well as promoting the exhibition on social media, is also greatly appreciated.

Signing the entry form gives permission for WPS to use your work for catalogue, promotions and archival purposes.

Warringah Printmakers Studio will handle all works with care. However, no responsibility will be taken for damaged, lost, or stolen works.
