Artist Statement

The central themes underpinning Amanda's work are the beauty she observes in the everyday, from fractal patterns in flowers, shifting cloud patterns in the sky and the seasonal change parks of her neighbourhood.

Amanda is new to the photogravure and photopolymer process. She loves the physical materials and processes involved with transforming her photographs into a handmade print. This is her first exhibition.
