george soutter
George Soutter is a retired Sydney paediatrician and printmaker. He does all of his own printing and works in a small format. Much of his work is figurative or sculptural reflecting his interest in the art and culture of Africa, China and South East Asia. Bushman rock paintings of Southern Africa and the calligraphy of China and Japan are major themes in his work.
