An exhibition of contemporary printmaking from John Richardson School in Wollongong. The students/artists attend this school while in detention under the care of the NSW Department of Juvenile Justice. The works were created by boys between the ages of 15 and 18 years using photopolymer plates, collage, relief & collagraph processes. The artworks form part of a travelling exhibition that was originally shown in May 2008, at Project Contemporary Artspace in Wollongong, as well as at the Wollongong Youth Centre.
The teachers, Luciano Valeo & Judy Bourke, are members of the Warringah Printmakers.
Exhibition continues until Mon 14th September 2008. Open to the public. Free entry.

A new competition & exhibition for fine-art prints that are exactly one foot square, Footprint International '08 presents an opportunity for contemporary printmakers to address the square in 12 inches by 12 inches (30.5x30.5 cm).
